Week at a Glance

Hello Storrington Stingers,

We hope that all of our Stingers had a great weekend and are well and healthy.

Please see the information below in this week’s Week at a Glance.

Fundraiser for the Jackson/Turcotte Family

On Tuesday, May 10, one our Stinger families suffered a devastating house fire.  To support the family, there will be a bake sale on Saturday, May 21st from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Battersea Baseball Diamond (1561 Battersea Road).  We encourage all our Stingers to stop by and show your community support.

If anyone would would like to donate baked goods, you can contact Lindsay or Alisha via text at 613 453-5350.  Alternatively, you can also drop off donations at the baseball diamond the day of the fundraiser between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

As well, a GoFundMe page has been set up.  Anyone who is interested in donating can visit https://gofund.me/82b8dafa.

Let’s show our community support for one of our Stinger families.

-If a household member has tested positive and your child is fully vaccinated and has no symptoms, they must wear a mask for 10 days.

-Upon return of a positive test and after 5 days of isolation, students and staff must wear a mask in all public settings for Day 6 to 10.
