Although a bit windy, the event went off without a hitch! It went very well, and we received positive feedback about our support of students and our organization!</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">For awareness, Ms. Goslin, our Office Administrator, takes her lunch from 12:00-1:00 pm. If possible, please call the school before or after this hour and try to avoid unplanned student pick-ups during this time. <p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The Limestone District School Board (LDSB) has received a $25,000 grant through the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area’s Community Grants Program in support of its Elementary Summer Literacy and Math Program.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The three-week program supports Limestone students finishing Senior Kindergarten to Grade 3 by strengthening foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics to help set students up for success in the following school year.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Grant funding will be used to purchase literacy and math learning resources and to create family engagement packages. These take-home resources are designed to support learning at home and encourage families to engage in literacy and math activities alongside their students.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">The LDSB is grateful to the Community Foundation for Kingston and Area for their generous support, helping students across the district access this important summer learning opportunity.</span></p>

<p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Dear Stinger Families,</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">I want to share that starting in September, Amie Domingo will be returning from her Self-Funded Leave and will be returning to Storrington as Principal.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">While I am disappointed that I don’t get to spend more time at Storrington, I know that Ms. Domingo's return offers stability and consistency. And as always, the staff at Storrington remains top-notch and unwavering in their commitment to student success!</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">I will be moving forward as the Principal of another LDSB school due to my French language background.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">I let staff know about this change, and tomorrow we will begin sharing with students.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Thank you very much for your support this year and patience during my time away due to injury.
