Friday, April 10, 2026, Stinger Family Update Good afternoon, Families! We have a few timely updates to share as we head into the weekend. Staffing Update We have great news to share! Principal Sara Wellwood will be back to work starting on Monday, April 13!

Dear Families, I wanted to send an email as the long weekend gets underway to wish all families a Happy Easter! The latest forecast shows a bit of rain and wind, but temperatures that do lend themselves to getting outside! Also, please remember that the school is closed on Monday. Ms.

Dear Storrington Families, Please welcome back Mr. Chad Taylor, who will once again be the Replacement Principal at Storrington Public School while Mrs. Wellwood continues to recover. Ms. Joanne Borges, a recently retired Principal, will be at the school later in the week to replace Mr. Taylor.

As we approach March Break, we wanted to take a moment to remind students and families about the importance of caring for their mental health and well-being. Time away from school can provide an opportunity to rest, recharge, and connect with supportive people and activities.

Dear Families, As you may have heard, I have replaced Mr. Taylor as the interim Principal while Mrs. Wellwood continues her recovery. My name is Liz Suriyuth, and I am a former Principal at Storrington Public School. I am now retired, but was very excited for the opportunity to be back!
