The month of May was another busy month for our Storrington Stingers.  Collectively, they displayed 647 Acts of Amazing by showing Humility, Honesty, Bravery, Respect, Love, Wisdom and Truth.  Our Stingers have earned 4092 marbles so far this year.  Great job Stingers!

Welcome to Kindergarten

Our Storrington Kindergarten team is busy preparing to welcome our newest Stingers to Storrington.  On Thursday, June 15, we will be holding our Welcome to Kindergarten for all our junior kindergarten students joining us in September.  This will be an opportunity to visit the Kindergarten classrooms, learn about routines and expectations, and to ride on a school bus.  We look forward to beginning our work with our future Stingers.

Kingston 2023 Pride Parades

Limestone District School Board is excited to participate in the Kingston 2023 Pride Parade! Students, staff, and families are ALL invited to join LDSB at the parade.

The Pride Parade in Kingston is on Saturday, June 17. The LDSB community will be meeting at the Kingston Memorial Centre at 11:30 with the parade starting at 12:00.

News from our Storrington School Council

Our last parent council meeting of the year is on Tuesday, June 13th.  If you haven’t attended a meeting, come check one out. Weather permitting, we are hoping to do a parking lot meeting and enjoy the sunshine. Child care provided.

Meet the current council and see if this may be something you’d like to be involved with, have the summer to mull it over. Council positions will be available in September, along with just being able to come join in the fun!

Volunteer dates available:
